- 6 MONTHS VERIFIABLE CLASS A CDL EXPERIENCE
- NO MORE THAN 1 PREVENTABLE DOT ACCIDENT IN THE LAST 2 YEARS
- NO SERIOUS VIOLATIONS OR OFFENSES IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
- NO PATTERNS OF UNSAFE PRACTICES
- MUST MEET FMCSA REQUIREMENTS
