Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Commercial Roofing

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our Commercial
Roofing Sales team. This role is perfect for someone with around a year of prior sales
experience who is hungry to grow, confident on the phone, and excited to build a career
in a high-demand industry.
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities by profiling ideal
prospects, running multi-touch outreach campaigns, and setting inspections for our
sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many building owners, property
managers, and decision-makers across the commercial space.
What You’ll Do
Research & profile commercial properties, target accounts, and key decision-
makers.
Executive outbound outreach – cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi-touch
campaigns.
Educate prospects on our inspection services and commercial roofing solutions.
Set qualified inspections for our sales team based on building needs and storm
activity.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM and
trackers.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and targeting.
Consistently follow-up to nurture interest and move prospects to the next step.
What We’re Looking For
1 Year of sales, customer service, or related outbound experience.
Confident, clear communicator – especially on the phone.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple touchpoints and follow-ups.
Coachable, motivated, and eager to be a part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, activity-driven environment.
Persistence and resilience – you are not afraid of objections.
Nice to Have
Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or property services (not
required).
Familiarity with CRM systems
