Crosby-Ironton School District is seeking a qualified mathematics teacher to teach junior high mathematics for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a one-year position created to meet district staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Teach mathematics courses to students in grades 7–8.
- Develop and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction.
- Assess student learning and communicate progress to students and families.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports student achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff.
- Participate in district and school professional development activities.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license in Mathematics or appropriate middle-level licensure.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse learners.
Preferred:
- Experience teaching junior high or middle school mathematics.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and MTSS practices.
