- Monitor and maintain oil and gas production equipment including wells, separators, tanks, and associated facilities
- Record and report daily production data, pressures, and fluid levels
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective action as needed
- Conduct tank gauging, sampling, and well testing
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify and report safety hazards and participate in safety programs
- Coordinate with field personnel, foremen, and other teams as needed
