Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across WTX/NM
Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and field personnel
Coordinate daily operations with internal teams to ensure service expectations are met
Support field employees with job performance, expectations, and issue resolution
Monitor and reinforce safety practices, policies, and compliance in the field
Conduct site visits to maintain visibility with both clients and employees
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assist with employee management, including evaluations, coaching, and placement
Coordinate with recruiting to ensure qualified personnel are submitted to clients
Ensure company policies are followed, including vehicle usage and field expectations
Assist with logistics such as employee movement, site needs, and operational support
