Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Electrical Service Manager for an on-site position in Montgomery, AL. The Electrical Service Manager will oversee electrical service operations, ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, coordinating schedules, overseeing project budgets, and fostering client relationships. The role also involves developing and enforcing service procedures, estimating projects, and providing leadership to maintain high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical contracting or service management, including knowledge of design-build services and electrical systems maintenance.
- Skills in team leadership, employee supervision, and the ability to manage and mentor staff effectively.
- Experience in project management tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and estimating for commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, compliance regulations, and troubleshooting techniques for efficient operational management.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant software for project scheduling, reporting, and workflow management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site and engage directly with team members and clients in Montgomery, AL.
- Electrical contractor license and valid driver's license required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
