Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CDL A Truck Driver role based in Cokato, MN. The CDL A Truck Driver will be responsible for safely transporting bulk organic fertilizers, manure-based products, and related materials to farms and distribution points, following all DOT regulations and company safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, securing and monitoring loads, completing delivery and pickup documentation, and communicating with dispatch and operations staff to ensure timely, efficient routes. The driver may assist with basic equipment operation at loading and unloading sites, support routine truck cleanliness and maintenance scheduling, and represent the company professionally when interacting with growers and partners. Seasonal variability in workloads and routes is expected, aligned with agricultural demand.

Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license, a clean driving record, and knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
- Experience operating and maneuvering tractor-trailers or similar heavy vehicles, including backing, coupling/uncoupling, and load securement.
- Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections, recognize basic mechanical issues, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Comfort working with bulk agricultural products, including manure-based fertilizers, and following proper handling and biosecurity procedures.
- Strong time management, route planning awareness, and reliability in meeting delivery schedules with minimal supervision.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Physical ability to handle climbing in and out of trucks, working around loading equipment, and occasional light manual labor associated with loading/unloading.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in agriculture, logistics, or bulk commodity hauling is beneficial.
