- Greet clients and their pets warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize clinic flow and minimize wait times
- Collect payments, and handle billing inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain detailed client records, update pet information, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
- Assist veterinary staff with animal handling tasks such as restraint, animal husbandry, and basic pet grooming when needed

- Previous experience in veterinary reception or a related pet care environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with veterinary care procedures
- Knowledge of animal anatomy, restraint techniques, pet grooming, dog training, and dog handling enhances your ability to assist effectively
