- Smooth, level, and finish poured concrete surfaces to achieve flawless results.
- Expertise with hand tools, including trowels, screeds, and edgers.
- Operate machinery such as walk-behind trowels and other concrete equipment.
- Competently finish curb, gutter, cast-in-place stairs, and slabs on metal decks.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Familiarity with mix designs, admixtures, and FF/FL standards is highly valued.
- Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing.
- ACI certification or equivalent preferred. - not required!
- Ability to operate forklifts and skid loaders is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
