Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, eye contact, and a relaxed, upbeat energy.
- Manage the flow of guests, communicate seating availability, and keep the vibes smooth.
- Make sure every guest feels comfortable and taken care of from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Relay guest needs, seating preferences, and special requests to the team.
- Keep guest areas clean, including resetting tables and keeping the flow of service seamless.
- Send guests off with a friendly farewell and an invitation to return.
- Assist guests with retail purchases—help them pick the perfect Crooked Hammock gear or a six-pack to-go!
- Keep retail areas stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay up to date on Crooked Hammock beers, brand events, and promotions.
- Promote our loyalty programs and special offers.
- Handle transactions with accuracy and keep the cash register flowing smoothly.
- Maintain a professional yet fun attitude that embodies the Crooked Hammock spirit.
- Keep an eye out for any security concerns and communicate with the team as needed.
- Work as part of an energetic team to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- A natural ability to make people feel welcome and comfortable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, energetic, and fun personality with a love for hospitality
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and experience handling transactions (or a willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility of schedule to assume responsibilities as needed; ability to balance personal and professional life
