Job Description- Territory Sales Manager - PNW
Reports To: CEO
The Opportunity
As Territory Sales Manager, you will own the full sales function across retail and food service channels in the PNW with a primary focus on the Greater Seattle market. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO, with real influence over the company's growth strategy. You will expand our distribution footprint, deepen existing account relationships, and build new ones across grocery, foodservice, and distributor channels.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow key retail partnerships including PCC, Met Market, Haggen, Safeway/Albertsons, Town & Country, and other regional and natural grocers
- Develop new food service business (restaurants, hotels, casinos, stadiums, golf courses, catering) featuring our grab-and-go cups, pints, tubs, and bag mix
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and brokers including KEHE, UNFI, and DSD partners
- Create and execute territory sales plans with measurable targets for distribution, velocity, and new account acquisition
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and selling materials
- Support product launches, promotions, and in-store merchandising execution
- Represent Crooked Spoon at trade shows, Costco roadshows, and marketing events
- Track and report on key metrics including voids, pricing, promotion performance, and competitive activity
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of direct sales experience in CPG, with a strong preference for frozen/refrigerated or specialty food
- Established relationships with PNW retail buyers (WFM, QFC, Fred Meyer, SFWY/ALB, NW Grocers, PCC, New Seasons, Haggen, Sprouts, ION Group, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with hybrid distribution models: warehouse, full-service DSD, and direct distributor
- Familiarity with broker management and multi-channel foodservice selling
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; 40–50% travel required
- Multilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000 - $90,000 per year
