Responsibilities:
- Prep ingredients and set up stations according to recipes and specs
- Cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Work closely with other kitchen staff and FOH team to deliver great guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous line or prep cook experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Comfortable in a high-volume, team-oriented kitchen
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation
- ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
