What are the responsibilities and job description for the LTS Paraeducator position at Cromwell Public Schools?
Cromwell Public Schools is looking for Long Term Sub Paraeducator for Edna C. Stevens School. The LTS Sub Para will work with a variety of students with disabilities. This involves supporting students in all aspects of their day and the ability to work in diverse classroom settings under the direction of the special/and or regular education teachers which may include therapy activities, toileting, lifting, field trips, life skill instruction, and all other duties as assigned by the teacher and/or building principal. Qualifications: High School Diploma and experience working with students required. An Associates degree, 60 college credits, or a passing score on the Para Pro Assessment is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $110.00 per day (6.5 hours per day with a 30 minute unpaid lunch), sick and personal time, and health benefits.
Position starts ASAP.
