Maintain client records and update information in the agency management system.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to gather quotes and policy information.
Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
