In this position, you will help manage the details that keep client accounts running smoothly, from coordinating information across sales, production, and logistics to ensuring customers have clear visibility into timelines and next steps. This role serves the vital function of providing our valued clients with the high standard of service we pride ourselves on, and the ideal candidate for this role is someone willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.Responsibilities:Act as the internal advocate for key client accounts, ensuing priorities, preferences, and service expectations are understood and represented across operations, production, and logistics teams.Manage account-level setup and maintenance, including pricing structures, terms, product configurations, and documentation to support smooth repeat ordering and long-term partnerships.Track account performance metrics such as order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, and issue resolution, flagging trends and concerns to Sales team.Coordinate non-standard requests such as custom products, expedited orders, or special designs by aligning internal teams around scope, timing, and feasibility.Prepare account summaries, reports, and documentation to support sales reviews, renewals, and planning conversations.Qualifications:3 - 5 years of experience with account administration, order management, or customer support roles.Strong communication skills with experience interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams across departments.Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and able to learn new tools.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate issues, understand root causes, and coordinate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Solid organizational and time management skills.
