Job Type: Part-time and seasonal

Experience: 1 year preferred (Will train)

Reports to: Shop Manager, no supervisory responsibility

Wage: $19 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for tasks including performing yard work such as lawn mowing, tree trimming, etc.). The Groundskeeper is a part-time (without benefits) and seasonal position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be prompt and timely.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Perform yard work (i.e. mowing, sweeping, trimming, etc.).
• Part running (i.e. picking up or delivering parts).
• Operate hand tools and equipment as needed.
• Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours).

Position Requirements:

• Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test.
• Basic maintenance skills.
