Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist provides general office, accounting, and human resources support to ensure efficient daily operations. This position handles a variety of administrative tasks including filing, processing mail, preparing checks, maintaining records, and assisting with accounting and HR activities. The role requires attention to detail, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- File and maintain paper and electronic documents in an organized manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute checks and other accounting documents.
- Assist with data entry and reconciliation for accounting records.
- Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee files.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support to staff.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support special projects as assigned by management.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure all administrative and clerical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
- Provide timely and professional support to accounting and HR departments.

Required Skills and Experience:
