Position Summary:
Cuts and prepares all varieties and cuts of meat while operating tools safely. Sells products by providing customers with information needed to make product-related purchasing decisions. Maintains, fills, and rotates product in meat cases. Moves meat from coolers to cutting area and returns cut meat to coolers.
Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience cutting meat
Knowledge: Sanitation, GMP's and food safety & any HACCP and Food Safety credentials is a plus
Physical Demands: Able to lift 70 pounds, stand in a cold environment and work at a fast pace with a high level of skill.
