Position Summary
The Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between clients and Crobar's creative team. This role is responsible for managing relationships, identifying opportunities, coordinating projects, overseeing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that work is delivered on time and at a high standard.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects simultaneously. They understand marketing and creative services, communicate exceptionally well, and can confidently guide projects while maintaining positive client relationships.
ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Lead client meetings, status calls, and project discussions
- Understand client goals, challenges, and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to provide additional strategic value
Project Management
- Coordinate projects from kickoff through final delivery
- Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Work closely with creative, digital, video, and production teams
- Ensure all project requirements are communicated clearly
- Monitor project progress and proactively address obstacles
Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing marketing and communication strategies
- Prepare and facilitate creative briefs
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on campaign planning
- Help translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning sessions
Budget & Scope Management
- Manage project budgets and estimates
- Monitor project scope and identify changes before they become issues
- Communicate project status, timelines, and budget updates
- Work with leadership to ensure projects remain profitable
Presentation & Communication
- Present concepts, recommendations, and creative work to clients
- Gather and organize client feedback
- Facilitate revisions and approvals
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
QualificationsRequired
- 3–7 years of experience in account management, project management, marketing, advertising, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working directly with clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred
- Agency experience
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, or similar systems
- Understanding of marketing, branding, advertising, digital media, and content development
- Experience presenting to clients and executive-level stakeholders
