What You’ll Do
This role is all about people.
You’ll talk with customers, solve problems, and turn tough situations into great experiences. A big part of the role is helping customers who are thinking about leaving, and showing them why staying with Croach is the right call.
- Be the friendly, confident voice that customers remember—for the right reasons.
- Work with your team to find solutions that actually stick
- Collaborate with service and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
