Experienced Handyman Needed for Local Plaza.
This is a Full-time position for a motivated individual who can handle a variety of tasks, both inside and out. If you're a problem-solver with a strong background in general maintenance, we encourage you to apply on really.
What you'll be doing: Including but not limited to
- Performing routine and preventative tasks throughout the shopping plaza,
- Handling Basic plumbing repairs, including leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet issues.
- Addressing minor electrical issues, such as changing light bulbs/ballasts, outlets, and switches.
- Undertaking general construction and carpentry tasks like drywall repair, painting, Roof tar patching, door adjustments and unit cleanouts.
- Maintaining the exterior of the plaza, pressure washing, Leaf blowing, Parking lot trash pickup, trash removal to dump if needed and general upkeep.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role.
- Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and construction practices.
- Experience with a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks.
- A professional and friendly demeanor with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
