Manufacturing Technician
Location: Missoula, MT

AIRO Suction by CRO Medical a fast-growing medical device company developing rugged, field-ready suction technology for emergency medicine, military, and austere environments. We are expanding our operations team and seeking a detail-oriented Medical Electronics Manufacturing Technician to support device assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, technical environment and wants to be part of a mission-driven team building life-saving technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions.
- Perform functional testing, calibration, and verification of electronic assemblies.
- Operate soldering equipment, test fixtures, meters, and diagnostic tools.
- Document assembly steps and test results.
- Support corrective actions for production issues.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to read assembly documentation.
- Basic understanding of soldering, crimping, and electronic test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow regulated manufacturing processes and documentation requirements.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience in electronics assembly, PCB handling, or manufacturing technician roles.
- Experience in medical device, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, or similar quality systems.
- Experience with prototype builds or early-stage product development.
- ESD certification or IPC-A-610/620 training.
