Colquitt Regional Senior Care & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Our facility is a 59-bed skilled nursing center that provides exceptional short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized medical support for older adults in a warm and patient-centered environment.
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with experienced physical and occupational therapy staff, nursing, and other health care providers to deliver high-quality, individualized care. Our therapists play a vital role in helping residents improve mobility, maintain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Hours : Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Current and active Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Georgia.
- Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
- BLS Certification
- Experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to compassionate care and serving the unique needs of older adults.
