What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitalist Coordinator position at CRMC Branding?
The Hospitalist Program Coordinator/Manager role is to assist locally in the operations of hospitalist providers in providing management services to the hospitalist program. The Hospitalist Program Coordinator/Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, onsite practice management and daily oversight of administrative responsibility for the hospitalist program. The Hospitalist Program Coordinator/Manager will have a visible presence and involvement with the entire site team and multiple hospital departments including the Medical Staff Office, as well as community providers and specialty physicians. This position will report to the VP of Operations. The Hospitalist Program Coordinator/Manager will work closely with Provider Enrollment and PFS as well as other Departments throughout the organization to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of the program, and is responsible for contributing to improved workflow processes, communications, and standards, as well as onsite initiatives for operational, financial and clinical performance.
