What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Relations Attendant position at CRMC Branding?
Courtesy Cart Services
• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.• Safely operate a hospital courtesy golf cart on designated campus routes.• Transport patients and visitors between designated parking areas and hospital entrances.• Assist individuals with entering and exiting the golf cart.• Provide directions and help patients and visitors navigate changing parking and entrance locations.• Maintain a clean and orderly golf cart.
Entrance Services
• Assist patients with safely entering and exiting vehicles.• Manage vehicle traffic and maintain a safe, orderly flow at hospital entrances.• Assist with wheelchairs and mobility needs when appropriate.• Help keep designated entrance and drop-off areas clear and accessible.• Provide directions and assistance to patients, families, and visitors.• Communicate with hospital staff, Security, and other team members as needed.• Monitor the area for safety concerns and report issues promptly.
Work Environment
Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
Schedule
Ability to work schedule as assigned and work flexible shifts. Ability to arrive to work on time as work schedule dictates.
