Colquitt Regional Health System is currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner. The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner will assume care of specific cardiology patients under the direction of on-duty physician. Follows established standards, procedures and practices for patient care. At all times comply with all rules and regulations as described by the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners and the Board of Nursing.
- Assisting with inpatient consults, daily rounding, and discharge orders.
- Responding to inpatient requests in collaboration with supervising physician.
- May participate in oversight of cardiology diagnostic studies.
Cardiology or specialty experience preferred.
ACLS required.
Acute care, Adult, or Family nurse practitioner.
