We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Asbestos Abatement Worker to join our team in North Carolina. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork while making a positive impact on the health and safety of our communities. Applicants must hold a valid North Carolina Asbestos License.

Required Documents
- Valid North Carolina Asbestos Worker License
- Current Asbestos Physical
- Initial or Refresher Asbestos Training Certificate
- Respirator Fit Test
- Real ID- MUST be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections to identify areas requiring abatement.
- Perform asbestos abatement and mold remediation in compliance with all safety procedures.
- Safely handle, remove, and dispose of hazardous materials following federal, state, and local regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Restore affected areas through cleaning, repairs, or rebuilding.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in asbestos abatement preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards for hazardous material handling.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
- Certification in mold remediation or asbestos abatement is a plus; training may be provided for the right candidate.
