Job Title: Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own transportation, as well as experience in property inspections, landscaping, painting, and general maintenance. This position will also require the candidate to be available for "on call" requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

- Paint and repair walls, ceilings, and floors as needed
