Job Title: Leasing Agent
Location: Lindenwold, NJ
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Leasing Associate will be required to travel to all necessary training sessions. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome prospective residents and provide them with a tour of the property
- Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and provide them with information about the property and available units
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Address resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in leasing or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
