This is NOT an entry-level job.

We are looking for someone who has real experience in construction, renovations, or property inspections, someone who can walk into a property and quickly determine:

· What needs to be done

· What it should cost

· What it should look like when complete

This role is an integral part of our turn team and plays a key role in our overall success.

The Scope of Work (SOW) you create drives:

· Project efficiency

· Team performance

· Profitability

· Client and resident experience

If you get it right, everything runs smoothly.

If you miss things, it creates problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Walk vacant properties and determine full scope of work

· Create detailed SOWs for move outs and renovations

· Perform move-out and move-in inspections

· Conduct progress checks and final walkthroughs

· Verify work is completed correctly and completely

· Communicate with technicians and project team

· Take photos and videos of completed projects

· Investigate issues and solve problems quickly

Who This Job Is For

· Someone who has 10–15 years of experience in:

o Home improvement

o Renovations

o Maintenance

o Home inspections

o Project management

· Can walk into a property and immediately see what others miss

· Moves fast and thinks fast

· Is extremely detail-oriented

· Takes ownership and doesn’t need hand-holding

· Is highly organized and efficient

· Is comfortable using technology and software

· Takes pride in doing things right the first time

· Someone without hands-on experience in homes/renovations

· Someone who needs constant direction

· Someone who works slowly or misses details

· Someone looking for a desk-only job

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
