About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-loving Office Admin to join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for a college student or recent grad who wants real-world experience in business, law, or the construction space.
As our Office Admin, you’ll support different parts of our operation and wear many hats—data entry, quality checks, client support, and more. We’re growing quickly, and we need someone who’s ready to grow with us. This is a role where no two days are the same—and that’s exactly how we like it.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming customer requests via email, website, and other platforms
- Accurately enter and update data in our internal systems
- Review legal documents for accuracy before they’re sent out
- Assist in researching, verifying, and preparing construction notices (AKA Preliminary Notices)
- Provide general support wherever needed—this is a true team role
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of admin or office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Mac computers, Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), Slack, and email management
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn

- Ability to adapt quickly and shift between tasks
- Willingness to identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative
