This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Arlington, VA or Patuxent River, MD.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Provide direct program management, scheduling, and acquisition support to the government Program Office.

Develop, maintain, and track an Integrated government Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure program milestones, production schedules, and acquisition timelines are aligned and monitored.

Serve as the primary production tracking coordinator and liaison between the Program Office and external stakeholders, specifically NAVSEA, to facilitate seamless communication and tracking of weapon production metrics and deliverables.

Coordinate the drafting, review, update, and routing of critical acquisition documentation, including Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Technology Transition Agreements (TTAs), and other program artifacts.


Tasks Preformed:

  • Scheduling & Milestone Tracking: Maintain and update an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Identify critical path activities, scheduling conflicts, and program dependencies, providing regular schedule status reports to program leadership.
  • Production Coordination & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with NAVSEA counterparts. Monitor weapon production lines, track delivery metrics, coordinate resolution of production bottlenecks, and compile regular production tracking status reports.
  • Acquisition Documentation Support: Draft, edit, and coordinate the staffing and approval process for key acquisition agreements and documentation (MOAs, MOUs, TTAs, etc.). Ensure all documentation complies with NAVAIR and Navy acquisition standards.
  • Program Office Coordination: Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and program reviews. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing slides, and coordination materials; record and track program action items to ensure closure.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and present data regarding schedule performance, weapon production metrics, and documentation staffing progress to support leadership decision-making.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or government lead.


Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related professional/support field.


Required Experience:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in program analysis, scheduling, project coordination, or acquisition support within a DoD or Department of the Navy (DoN) program office.
  • Proven experience preparing, updating, and routing acquisition-related documentation (e.g., Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Technology Transition Agreements (TTAs)).
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Desired Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of relevant experience supporting a DoD/DoN acquisition program (NAVAIR experience is highly desired).
  • Demonstrated experience updating and managing project schedules or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
  • Experience with weapon systems production tracking, delivery coordination, and interfacing with external program entities (e.g., PMX 303).
  • Familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System (DoDI 5000 series), Navy acquisition processes, and milestone documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as a liaison between government leads and external program stakeholders.


Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience can be substituted for required education. 


Eight (8) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.


Security Clearance Required: Top Secret Clearance.

Estimated Travel: 10%

Location: On-site Arlington, VA or Patuxent River, MD.


Pay Range: $80,000-$135,000. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
