Customer Service Agent Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with ticketing and check-in at the counter
- Board and deplane passengers at the gate
- Make clear announcements and communicate during delays or irregular operations
- Resolve passenger concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure passengers feel informed, supported, and welcomed throughout their travel experience
Successful CSAs remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver positive passenger experiences—even during challenging situations.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a post-offer background check (including fingerprinting and criminal history review)
- Pass a post-offer drug test
- Be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Possess basic computer skills
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills
- Be willing to work a rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, split shifts, delays, and some holidays
