Who We’re Looking For
Critter Gitters Pest Control is looking for someone who takes pride in solving problems and making a real difference for families and businesses across East Texas. This role requires integrity, reliability, and a proactive mindset—someone who thinks through challenges, educates customers, and ensures pests are gone for good.
We’ll provide training and state licensing if you’re new to pest control—but we want people who care about results and doing the right thing.

What You’ll Do
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be responsible for protecting homes and businesses across East Texas. That means:
- Building trust and relationships with customers through uncompromising customer service skills
- Educating customers on prevention and long-term solutions
- Inspecting properties and identifying pest issues
- Creating and executing effective treatment plans
- Applying products safely and in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Ensuring all tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained and orderly each day.
- Driving to and from job sites safely in a company vehicle

What You Bring
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and extreme conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Mechanical ability and comfort with tools/equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to gain appropriate state licensing
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Ability to work legally in the United States
