Wildlife Removal/Sales Specialist (Full-time entry-level position)

Critter Control of College Station was established in 2020 in the height of the covid shut down. Owner, David, who is a Texas A&M graduate, has been in the industry for 10 years. Our team is quickly becoming one of the most trusted and valued wildlife removal companies in the Bryan - College Station area and looking to extend our footprint to the lufkin-nachadoches and livingston territory. . Our company has been steadily growing since our establishment and looks forward to providing an atmosphere where like-minded individuals can find a meaningful and vibrant career serving their community.
Critter Control operates in a niche market removing wild animals and pests from residential and commercial properties. We specialize in resolving our customers' problems that not many wish to tackle. Here at Critter control we are seeking an individual that is driven, responsible, and growth oriented.
Desired minimums for our wildlife removal specialists:
- Associates or Bachelors in Agriculture, Animal Science, Biology, Entomology, Environmental Science, Forestry, Range Management, or Wildlife Biology.
- Appreciation of working outdoors
- A personable individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Sales skills are a bonus.
- Have a passion for working with animals and pests while helping and protecting people and their properties
- Must be comfortable with heights and the ability to lift 50lbs above your head
- Must have high attention to detail
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Able to work in and around water
- Able to work in summer heat and winter cold
- Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Sales ability
- Ability to manage assigned territory and be able to work independently
- Good driving record and comfortable with daily driving
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Certified Structural applicators license (ability to acquire)

Compensation: Protective Draw Salary 35,000 First Year Earnings Expected ($40,000-$65,000)
