Critter Care is growing, so we are in need of a second full time receptionist to help support our team. Are you an outgoing individual, that enjoys meeting new people and establishing good client relationships? Do you enjoy clerical work, organization, scheduling, note taking and most of all- puppies and kittens? Then this could be your next career!

An ideal candidate would be able to perform tasks, either through past experience or learn from new experiences. We are willing to train the right candidate. Some of the receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Work cheerfully in a small team environment
· Compassionate care for our clients and their pets
· Client Education
· Filling medications per veterinarian's instructions
· Managing multiple phone lines
· Working with Cornerstone-PIMS (Practice Information Management System)
· Scheduling appointments
· Checking in appointments
· Checking clients out
· Taking phone call notes for the doctors
· Snuggling puppies and kitten’s
Scheduling offers a 3 ½-4 day work week (10 hours, unpaid 30 minute lunch break), including every other Saturday for 4 hours in the morning. Benefits include a 401K and employee discounts for your furry friends. We also offer a yearly scrub allowance. Not to mention, we always have candy available!
Not ALL of our patients like to be here - scratches and bites can occur.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
