What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist (5K Bonus!) position at Crittenton Services?
Wellspring Family Services is hiring full-time Mental Health Therapists in our Wheeling, WV office. Our Therapists provide therapeutic behavioral services and support services to clients based on the assessment of their individual needs according to their treatment plan and diagnosis. You will see clients in-home, at school, in office, and online via our HIPAA secure platform, telehealth. If you reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania, remote client meetings from home are not permitted.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution
- Preferred: Current West Virginia licensure in the relevant fields (LPC, LGSW, or higher)
- Three years of experience working with at-risk families
- Valid driver's license
- Must successfully complete a background/CPS check and drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions including initial and ongoing assessments/treatment planning.
- Document all services provided in a timely manner.
- Complete prior authorizations for services as needed.
- Complete any written information as required by the agency, DHHR, courts, etc.
- Coordinate client services with other agency services as needed.
- Facilitate the responsibilities of a mandated reporter of child abuse and neglect in accordance with state statutes.
- Attend weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision.
- Attend agency required trainings such as CPR/FA, CPI, CANS, etc.
Salary: $50,000 to $62,000 (based upon licensure and experience) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
