Prep / Line Cook - Critics Choice Catering and Event Production
Location: Gardena, CA
Job Type: full-time with opportunity for additional catering shifts
Pay: $19-$22 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Prep produce, proteins, and sauces to par levels
- Cook menu items to spec and on time
- Keep a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety standards
- Label, date, rotate, and store product correctly
- Help with daily inventory, receiving, and closing duties
What We're Looking For
- 1 year in a professional kitchen preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Strong knife skills and comfort on grill, sauté, or fry
- California Food Handler Card (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule
- Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-2:30pm
- Saturdays are required*
