About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead a critical initiative to replace the existing planning tool with Oracle EPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems and Oracle EBS R12, specifically within financial planning, budgeting, and related financial modules.
This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage end-to-end implementations, align technical capabilities with business needs, and lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of the Oracle EPM solution to replace the current planning tool.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules.
- Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure alignment between EPM capabilities and business requirements.
- Coordinate integration efforts involving Oracle EBS R12, ensuring smooth data flows and compatibility across systems.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, with strong exposure to EPM implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning.
- Mandatory: Experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in financial or planning-related modules.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Proven ability to lead transformation projects within financial systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
