About the Role
CTS is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Technician to join our production team. In this hands-on role inside our active warehouse environment, you will play a critical part in building, wiring, and assembling our specialized trailers and The RATT systems.
What You’ll Do
- Electrical Installation: Install and wire 12V and 48V electrical components safely and precisely.
- System Routing: Route and install wire lines, antennas, cameras, and auxiliary hardware (including Cat 6, SMA, and 2-conductor setups).
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble structural components and trailers utilizing hand tools and power tools.
- Quality & Troubleshooting: Inspect systems for operational accuracy, identify component issues, and apply quick-thinking problem solving skills daily.
- Workflow Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- Technical Aptitude: Strong basic understanding of electrical wiring systems and mechanical assemblies.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to execute precision work accurately while following blueprints, wiring schematics, or assembly guides.
- Work Ethic: A self-starter who learns quickly, shows up reliably, and takes complete ownership of their completed tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade experience.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse assembly, or automotive electrical environment.
- Prior experience working specifically with low-voltage systems, trailer mechanics, or telecommunications hardware is a plus.
- Fabrication & machining experience.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
