Order Processing Specialist (Boise, Idaho)

As an Order Processing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order receipt through delivery. You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, production, sales, and shipping teams, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hybrid role (4 days in office and 1 day work from home)

• Process customer orders, order modifications, and escalations across multiple communication channels.
• Coordinate closely with the shipping department to ensure on-time delivery and communicate shipment timelines to customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries.
• Receive, prioritize, and process incoming orders based on company policies and customer requirements.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate delivery updates and order status information with customers, vendors, production, and sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies as needed.
• Support additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, customer service, order processing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity and confidence to initiate change
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Inventory management software
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is a plus.

• Frequently sit and work at a computer workstation.
• Frequently use hands and fingers for typing and data entry.
• Occasionally stand and walk throughout the facility.
