Assistant Warden

Location: Remote Swamp-Based Facility, Florida
Deployment: 8 Weeks Onsite | 2 Weeks Off | Housing Meals Provided
Compensation: $3710/ week, approximately $144,690 per year

We are staffing a secure swamp-based detention facility in South Florida. We’re looking for an Assistant Warden ready to deploy and operate in a structured, high-security environment.
This is a boots-on-the-ground mission, not a desk job and you’ll be part of a rotational deployment in a detention environment. If you’re disciplined, reliable, and want to make a difference, we want you.
Your Mission

• Manage shift schedules, team coverage, and daily ops
• Supervise frontline supervisors and troubleshoot issues
• Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting
• Step in for the Warden as needed
• Maintain order, discipline, and efficiency on the ground

Requirements

• Must have experience as a Warden or Assistant Warden in a correctional facility
• Prior experience in detention, jail, or corrections settings is required
• Ability to work 12–14 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically and mentally fit for duty in an operational environment
• Strong communication skills and command presence
• Must pass background screening and drug test

Nice to Have

• Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, etc.)
• Experience in intake, classification, or ICE/CBP facilities
• Prior military or law enforcement background

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $35/hr

Must be open to any of the following 12-hour shifts:

• Day Shift
• Night Shift
• Overnight Shift
