BIM Modeler
The BIM Modeler is responsible for providing Revit Modeling efforts for project delivery. This is a leadership and production member that will create drawings for a project and function as a Model Manager. The ideal candidate will train and supervise support staff while efficiently modeling project content.
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $70,000 - $105,000. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create project specific families for projects. Incorporate new content into company standards.
- Lead and supervise the modeling for the project.
- Assign work and schedule resources to meet the project deliverable dates.
- Evaluate and revise outside consultant models for coordination in our model.
- Collaborate with external consultants on placing equipment and routing systems.
- Review mark ups from Bluebeam sessions and ensure content is added to model.
- Execute a quality assurance and quality control program to ensure work accuracy by team members.

Professional Requirements
- Associates degree in Computerized Drafting or related discipline
- Minium of 5 years of project experience acting as lead, manager, and coordinator.
- A combination of education and relevant experience will be evaluated.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Advanced working knowledge of the most current modeling applications software, Revit, including being able to create Revit families, sheets, schedules and similar Revit functions.
