Critical Power Solutions Group Inc. is looking for motivated and hands-on Field Technicians to join our growing team in Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry that powers AI infrastructure, data centers, healthcare facilities, and more.
You do NOT need to be an engineer — we need people who love working with their hands and have a strong electrical or mechanical background.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and maintaining UPS systems and battery backup solutions
- Supporting voltage stabilization and power protection systems
- Performing on-site technical work at commercial and industrial facilities
- Working alongside experienced technicians in the field
What We're Looking For:
- Electrical or mechanical background (trade school, vocational training, or hands-on experience)
- Comfortable working in the field
- Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
- Based in or willing to work in Central or Southwest Florida
- Needs to travel & be available for emergency calls.
