Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable field-traveling crew member for a tight-knit team that travels nationwide on projects ranging from a few days to three weeks. Per diem and hotel expenses are fully covered while traveling. When not on the road, duties include equipment maintenance, shop work, or possible layoff between jobs.
Starting pay is $22-$25/hour, with expedited raises based on qualifications, experience, and work ethic. Must be able to pass drug tests for power plant work. Job duties include lifting heavy concrete bags, confined-space work inside pipelines, and long workdays while traveling (8–14 hours per day). Mechanical aptitude is not required but a strong bonus.

Responsibilities
- Operation of Mortar Pump, Pressure Washer, Air Compressor, and other equipment.
- Installing spray applied concrete liner and epoxy when rehabilitating manholes.
- Installing spray applied concrete liner when rehabilitating storm water culverts.
- Perform Confined space repairs.
- Perform equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assist with site preparation, setup, and cleanup during project execution.
- Drug testing is required for Power Plant projects.
Skills
- A determined Work-Ethic.
- Construction Experience is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge is suggested but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various conditions.
- Excellent attention to safety procedures, with a focus on maintaining a secure work environment.
