What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Coordinator position at Critical Coordination?
THE ROLE
We manufacture cable assemblies and electrical products for mission-critical clients. Our division has experience tremendous growth in one year and we need someone who can keep the engine running clean — quoting accurately, coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and making sure clients always know where their order stands.
This is not a passive role. You will own your orders and the client experience (both internal and external) from quote to delivery, solve scheduling puzzles, and be the person who figures things out instead of waiting for someone else to.
Compensation: $55k-$75k Base Salary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Quote accurately and quickly — prepare client quotes with attention to detail and turn them around fast; a slow or wrong quote costs us business
- Own client communication — serve as the primary contact for your accounts; proactively communicate order status, lead times, and any changes before clients have to ask
- Coordinate scheduling — manage and sequence orders against production capacity; you enjoy figuring out the puzzle of who gets what and when
- Manage inventory and purchase orders — track material levels, identify shortfalls before they impact production, and issue purchase orders to keep orders on schedule
- Follow and improve processes — work within established systems and flag where they can be made better; if something keeps breaking, say so and propose a fix
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years in a customer-facing role in manufacturing, preferable electrical assemblies
- Detail-oriented by nature — you catch errors before they leave your desk
- Sense of urgency — you move fast without cutting corners
- Technically curious — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you want to understand how things are built and why it matters
- A problem-solver who owns outcomes — when something doesn’t add up, you figure it out rather than pass it on
- Comfortable with order management, scheduling, and basic inventory systems
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
