Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Multidisciplinary Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Clinic treating an General/Active Orthopedic patient population in Douglasville, GA.
- $2350 Gross, $2100-$2300 net (after-tax take-home) per week.
- Local Travel Rates: $55-$62 per hr, 40 hours guaranteed, first day health benefits.
- First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits
- $1200 Con Ed Package
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- License Reimbursement and relocation assistance.
Requirements for the Travel Physical Therapy (DPT):
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy (DPT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
- State licensed as a Physical Therapist (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We will consider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical in Outpatient.
- Current CPR Certificate
