What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist (PT) Traveler Outpatient Orthopedics position at Critical Connection, Inc.?
Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Practice treating a General Orthopedic patient population. We are a Quality-of-Care Focused Orthopedic practice in Goshen, IN.
- $2375 Gross, $2000-$2200 net (after tax take home) per week.
- Local Contracts $52-$58 per hr
- First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits.
- $1200 Con Ed Package
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- 1:1 Treatments, 45 min eval, 45 min follow-up treatments. 50 -55 patient visits per week.
Requirements for the Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Ortho Sports Med
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
- State licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We will consider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical in Outpatient.
- Current CPR Certificate
