Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, including fluid services, brake overhauls, and tire maintenance.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure fleet safety and compliance.
- Document all repairs and diagnostic findings accurately within the fleet management system.
- Adhere to shop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as an automotive mechanic or fleet technician.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities utilizing modern scanning tools and equipment preferred.
- Possession of standard automotive hand and power tools (major specialty equipment provided).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Strong commitment to workmanship, efficiency, and shop safety.
- Either Ford Factory Training or ASE preferred
