Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates is a multispecialty private physician practice, providing Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep medical services to the Denver metro area for over 40 years. Our dedicated team of over 40 Board Certified Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Physicians along with our skilled clinical and administrative staff exclusively serve nine Common Spirit and AdventHealth Hospital ICU’s and multiple outpatient clinic locations spanning Colorado’s front range. We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager (RN) to join our committed team of professionals.
About the Role:
The Clinic Manager (RN) is an essential clinical leadership and management role within Critical Care, Pulmonary and Sleep Associates’ administrative team. This leader is responsible for directing the clinical care of patients and management of the clinical teams across all of CCPSA’s outpatient pulmonary and sleep clinics. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the healthcare field, displays strong leadership and clinical competencies and has successfully implemented process and clinical improvement initiatives throughout their career. The Clinic Manager (RN) cultivates and supports a strong clinical team culture and collaborative environment centered on consistently delivering exceptional patient care.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Promote the CCPSA culture of team collaboration, while identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance the shared values of the group.
- Work closely with the Director of Clinic Operations and Physician leadership to optimize patient access, experience and quality of care.
- Oversee management of the day-to-day operations of CCPSA’s clinical teams which include Medical Assistants, Respiratory Therapists and Registered Nurses.
- Support recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of clinical staff in collaboration with HR to meet practice objectives.
- Drive consistent communication across clinical teams to support a positive patient experience and cohesive team dynamics.
- Lead continuous quality improvement efforts by evaluating and refining clinical processes, programs, and outcomes.
- Champion process improvement initiatives to promote efficiency, standardization, and patient satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and participate in staff and clinical operations team meetings.
- This position requires approximately 30% - 40% monthly travel to CCPSA’s other outpatient clinics within the Denver-metro area.
Skills, Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and valid RN license required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven leadership skills managing diverse teams.
- Demonstrated successes in creating excellent patient experiences and outcomes in a medical clinic setting.
- EPIC electronic health records system experience preferred.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively and professionally communicate via email, reports, presentations, business correspondence and policy and procedure materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to drive between clinic locations for meetings.
- Ability to sit for extended time periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
Compensation:
- Competitive market-based salary.
